Updates on COVID-19

Due to the pandemic situation, most of the international delivery adjust their fee, especially from Asian country enter the U.S. We had adjusted shipping fee to the U.S while other countries maintain the same. Also, we will continue to work on finding the best shipping method for each customer so most of the delivery time stay the same as usual (maybe affected if any new policy change in a certain country, such as delivery time, shipping fee, border import rate. etc).

All products from Hong Kong will be postponed due to the Covid-19 rate increases this week. All delivery service in Hong Kong will be a delay/postpone until further notice.  July 24, 2020 Update

International Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.

CUSTOMS DUTY

Products delivered to destinations outside of products origin country may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside products origin country. The recipient of the Products, not the person placing the order, will typically receive a separate request for payment of these charges when the goods arrive in the country of destination. If you’re ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges.

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 20-30 days, this is becasue some of the products are made per order which will take longer. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days of payment of the order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
